Recalling the sweeping elegance of a treble clef, Overture combines musical inspiration with the fluid motion of ribbon dancers to express pure exuberance. The sculpture’s continuous, looping form invites the viewer to circle the piece, revealing a dynamic interplay of light and curve from every angle. As the perspective changes, the lines align to frame a subtle, three-dimensional heart at its center—an uplifting discovery for the observer.

‘Mobius’ is a sculptural representation of the Mobius strip, a one-sided surface also known as an infinity loop, it has been regarded as a symbol of balance and union by many cultures. The Mobius strip has created much mathematical & philosophical contemplation.

'My works are often a blending of two forms or ideas, such as the Reclining Figure which morphs into a landscape, a motorcycle (Velocity) that mirrors the country road or a mother cradling a child become one (Curved Space).
Inversion is also a blending or transformation - the observer becomes the observed. The beachcomber kneels down at the shore line, picking out a shell from the multitude and considers what is it like to be you ……
One of the ways we explore the world around us is to ask the questions what is it to be like something other than ourselves and this is not limited to other humans or animals. In a subconscious split second we have asked and answered those questions. We can project ourselves into another form, just as we can imagine ourselves as part of a landscape or into the future to imagine a journey.
